Shipping policy
At Humble Oak Candle Co., each order is carefully packaged with love and intention from our cozy little corner in Iowa. We use USPS to deliver your goods safely to your doorstep — always tracked and insured.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Every melt, balm, and bottle is handmade in small batches, and we take great care in preparing your package.
During holidays or launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Local Pickup & Delivery
We do not currently offer local pickup or delivery, but we hope to add this option in the future.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at HumbleOakCandleCo@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.
