Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Please read below for exceptions.

Due to the nature of our products — including handmade wax melts, personal-use body care, and digital items — all sales are final and non-refundable. This helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every item we offer.

We kindly ask that you review product details and scent descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at HUmbleOakCandleCo@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll do our very best to make things right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS. While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to help you file a claim or locate tracking info whenever possible.


Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed. If you need to make a change shortly after purchase, please email us right away — and we’ll do our best to help.
